What you're up against
- When your internet goes down, your business stops. But most broadband providers treat business customers the same as residential ones — long hold times, scripted troubleshooting, and no guaranteed fix time.
- Even when the connection is technically working, many businesses struggle with speeds that don't match what was promised, especially on upload. That matters when your team is on video calls all day or working with cloud-based applications.
- There's no proactive monitoring, no early warning of line issues, and no one keeping an eye on things until you call to report a problem.
How we fix it
We provide business-grade connectivity backed by real SLAs — with guaranteed fix times, not just targets. Every connection is monitored through the Omnixi platform, so we often know about a problem before you do.
We match the right technology to your needs — FTTP where it's available, FTTC where it makes sense, and 4G/5G backup to keep you online if the worst happens.

Frequently Asked Questions
Got questions? We've got answers.
01 What speeds can I get at my address?
It depends on the infrastructure at your location. We'll run a check and tell you exactly what's available — FTTP, FTTC, or whether a leased line might be the better option.
02 What's the difference between FTTP, FTTC, and leased lines?
FTTP (Fibre to the Premises) delivers fibre directly to your building — fast and reliable. FTTC (Fibre to the Cabinet) uses fibre to the street cabinet and copper the rest of the way — still good, but speeds reduce over distance. Leased lines give you dedicated, uncontended bandwidth with the strongest SLAs — they're the premium option for business-critical connectivity.
03 Do you provide the router?
Yes. We supply a pre-configured business-grade router as part of the service. It arrives ready to plug in.
04 What happens if my connection goes down?
We'll likely know before you do. Our monitoring detects outages and performance drops, raises a fault with the carrier, and keeps you updated. If you have 4G/5G backup, your connection fails over automatically.
05 Can I bundle broadband with other services?
Absolutely. Most of our customers bundle broadband with VoIP, mobile, and other services — all managed through one platform with one bill.
