What's Holding You Back
Most businesses using Microsoft 365 are sitting on an untapped opportunity. Teams handles internal communication brilliantly, but external calls require a completely separate phone system.
Staff end up toggling between Teams for collaboration and a desk phone for calls. Caller ID is inconsistent, there's no unified directory, and managing two systems means double the admin.
You're paying for a phone system licence and a Microsoft 365 licence — and they don't talk to each other.

Got questions? We've got answers.
01 Do we need special Microsoft licences for Teams calling?
You need the Microsoft Phone System capability, which is included in E5 licences or available as an add-on for E1/E3 and Business plans. We'll review your current licencing and advise on the most cost-effective path.
02 Can we port our existing numbers to Teams?
Yes. We handle the full number porting process so your team keeps their existing DDI numbers and your customers don't notice a thing.
03 What about users who don't use Teams?
For users who prefer a traditional phone experience, we supply Teams-certified desk phones that work natively with the system. Alternatively, we can run a hybrid setup with Teams calling for some users and a different solution for others.
04 How does call quality compare to a traditional phone system?
With the right connectivity and network configuration, Teams call quality is excellent — HD voice, low latency, and reliable. We assess your network as part of the setup to ensure it's ready.
