01 Do we need special internet for VoIP?

VoIP works over any decent broadband connection, but we'll assess your connectivity as part of the setup. If your current connection isn't up to it, we can provide business-grade broadband with QoS settings to prioritise voice traffic.

02 Can we keep our existing phone numbers?

Yes. We port all your existing numbers across — geographic numbers, non-geographic numbers, the lot.

03 What about call quality on remote workers' home broadband?

We configure QoS settings and test connectivity to ensure call quality is solid. In most cases, a standard fibre connection handles VoIP without any issues.

04 Do you provide desk phones or is it software-only?

Both. We supply and configure a range of desk phones, conference devices, and headsets — or your team can use softphone apps on their laptops and mobiles.

05 What's the difference between VoIP and SIP trunking?

VoIP replaces your phone system entirely with a cloud-hosted solution. SIP trunking keeps your existing PBX hardware but replaces the old ISDN lines with internet-based trunks. If your PBX still works well, SIP trunking might be the right fit. If you want a full refresh, hosted VoIP is the way to go.
